SECTION 5: PRODUCTS & GARMENT PRESENTATION
Boujee Boubous specialises in luxury African garments, including handcrafted boubous and occasion wear.
Due to fabric sourcing and artisanal production:
• Colours may vary slightly due to lighting, dye batches, or screen displays.
• Fabric patterns and embroidery placement may differ slightly from images.
• Each garment may contain minor handmade variations that contribute to its uniqueness.

SECTION 6: MADE-TO-ORDER & CUSTOM GARMENTS
Many Boujee Boubous pieces are produced on a made-to-order or customised basis.
By placing such an order, you acknowledge:
• Production begins after payment confirmation.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
• Estimated timelines are not guarantees but good-faith projections.
• Handmade processes may result in slight finishing variations.
Custom garments are created specifically for the customer and are therefore subject to limited return eligibility.

SECTION 7: SHIPPING & PRODUCTION TIMELINES
* Production Time
Production timelines vary depending on garment complexity and seasonal demand.
* Typical timelines:
   -   Ready-to-Wear: 7-14 business days processing
   - Made-to-Order Boubous: 30 business days production
   - Custom/Bespoke Designs: 6–8 weeks production
These timelines exclude shipping duration.
During peak festive seasons, production times may extend. Customers will be notified where delays arise.
* Shipping
Shipping timelines depend on courier services and destination country. Boujee Boubous is not responsible for delays caused by:
   - Customs processing
   - Courier disruptions
   - Incorrect shipping details provided by customers
   - Force majeure events
Risk transfers to the customer once the parcel is handed to the shipping carrier.

SECTION 8: SIZING, MEASUREMENTS & CUSTOM ORDERS
Boujee Boubous garments are designed using traditional African silhouettes and are intentionally created with relaxed, flowing fits to suit a wide range of body types.
Most of our pieces are produced as free-size garments, meaning they are designed to accommodate multiple body shapes rather than standard numeric sizing. Variations between options are typically based on garment length rather than width or fitted measurements. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and selecting the length best suited to their height and preferred fit.
Due to the nature of boubous, fit and appearance may vary depending on individual body proportions and styling preference. These garments are not tailored for a structured or body-contoured fit, and variations in drape are a normal feature of the design.
Customers requiring additional width, extended length, or sizing beyond the standard free-size range may be required to place a custom order. Where measurements are submitted, customers are responsible for their accuracy, and Boujee Boubous is not liable for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements. Once production begins, measurements cannot be changed.
All sizing information provided serves as a general guide only, and minor variations may occur due to handmade production and fabric characteristics.

SECTION 9: ALTERATIONS POLICY
Minor finishing adjustments may be made at our discretion before dispatch to ensure garment quality.
* Post-Delivery Alterations
Customers may request alteration guidance; however:
   - We do not guarantee complimentary alterations after delivery.
   - Alteration costs and local tailoring services are the customer’s responsibility unless the garment is faulty.
   - Altered garments automatically become non-returnable.
Because garments are handmade, slight tailoring adjustments are considered a normal part of luxury fashion ownership.

SECTION 10: RETURNS, EXCHANGES & FAULTS
* Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
   - Made-to-order garments
   - Custom or personalised boubous
   - Altered items
   - Sale items (unless arrived faulty)
* Eligible Exchanges
Ready-to-wear items may qualify for exchange or store credit if requested within 7 days of delivery and returned unworn with original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
* Faulty Items
Fault claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

SECTION 11: BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Customers agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. Orders suspected of fraud or resale may be cancelled.

SECTION 12: THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We are not responsible for third-party tools, payment processors, or external websites linked through our platform.

SECTION 13: CUSTOMER CONTENT & FEEDBACK
Feedback or submissions may be used by Boujee Boubous for marketing or operational purposes without compensation.
